Boy's death brings toy recall

I just want to say congratulations to Mike Howell and his super paralegal Lindsey for helping to get the Playskool Team Talkn’ Tool Bench recalled after our clients son’s death. It is a shame that Jake and another boy had to die in order for the company to recall the product.

Hasboro said that they were in a meeting discussing the West Virginia’s boys death when they received Reich & Binstock’s petition and apparently they decided that they would recall the product immediately. This was the fastest toy recall in history and although this will not bring either of the boys back; we hope that the families involved will take some comfort in the thought that this will not happen to any one else’s child. This story made national news and was featured Houston Chronicle and the Galveston Daily News.
