Do you have trouble sleeping at night? Have you noticed that it has affected your performance during the day? Well there are 4 very important factors that could be influencing the amount of sleep you are getting a night.

  1. Are you stressed, depressed, or experiencing problems at home or at work? (this is the most common reason why people complain about not being able to sleep.)
  2. Drinking caffeine or alcohol too late in the day
  3. Exercising too close to bedtime
  4. A distracting sleep environment- one that’s too bright or too loud

With this in mind hopefully you can eliminate sleepless nights and wake up feeling more refreshed and rejuvenated! I know that since I have thought more about how what I do during the day that is affecting my sleep, I have been able to get plenty of sleep at night and have become more productive during the day.
